The Shire has appointed Tredwell Management Services, a specialist and experienced Sport and Recreation planning firm, to prepare a Needs Assessment and Feasibility Study for a new aquatic facility in York.
The project aims to inform Council on the strategic direction for the delivery and construction of a new aquatic facility following a collaborative engagement process with key stakeholders and the local community.
We are seeking feedback from the community on current and future needs, along with key opportunities for a new York Aquatic Facility.
The York Aquatic Facility Needs Assessment and Feasibility Study will be developed in line with the following approach:
Part A: Needs Assessment
Part B: Community Consultation
Part C: Feasibility Study
Everyone is invited to a community workshop that will inform the development of the Needs Assessment and Feasibility Study for a new aquatic facility in York.
Location: York Recreation & Convention Centre
Date: Wednesday 9th August 2023
Time: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Please register your attendance for the workshop by sending an email to admin@tredwell.com.au before the RSVP date of Friday 4th August, 2023.
