PROPOSED SHIRE OF YORK BUSH FIRE BRIGADES LOCAL LAW 2024
The Shire of York proposes to make a local law relating to Bush Fire Brigades.
The purpose of this local law is to make provisions for the organisation, establishment, maintenance and equipment of bush fire brigades.
The effect of the local law is to ensure the bush fire brigades are established and managed in accordance with the Bush Fires Act 1954.
Obtaining documentation: A copy of the proposed local law may be viewed by clicking on the tab below or at the Shire’s Administration Centre, 1 Joaquina Street, York, during business hours (8.30am ‑ 4.30pm, Monday to Friday).
