York to Host IOTA24 Textile Artist Louise Wells
The Residency Museum and Pantechnica Gallery are delighted to present the "Visible Traces" exhibition by Louise Wells, an IOTA24 Textile Artist.
The Indian Ocean Triennial Australia (IOTA) is a not-for-profit arts organization based in Perth, Western Australia. It hosts the Indian Ocean Craft Triennial every three years, featuring a major international exhibition, conference, and a large satellite festival showcasing local and international artists.
Thanks to funding from the Shire of York, Louise Wells has created contemporary site-specific works based on her extensive research at the Residency Museum and exploration of York.
