The Shire of York invites residents to attend the Annual Electors Meeting.

This is your opportunity to:

• Learn about the Shire's achievements, projects and financial performance over the past year by viewing the 2023/24 Annual Report
• Ask questions and share feedback with Councillors.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

A Special Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday 28 January 2025 in the Council Chambers, First Floor York Town Hall, Joaquina Street, York commencing at 5.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Consider adoption of the 2023/24 Annual Report and set the date for the Annual Electors Meeting
2. Consideration of Sponsorship Acquittals

The Special Council Meeting is open to members of the public and those interested are encouraged to attend.
