Hoarding Licence

Fee: $105.00 plus $1 per month or part of a month for each sqm of the street. Bond: Before granting the licence, deposit of a bond may be required that is sufficient in the opinion of the CEO.

If there is damage caused by the hoarding or fence and the repair work is not done by the licensee within such time as the CEO deems reasonable, the local government may do the work and deduct costs from the deposit.

The hoarding or fence must be maintained in a good condition, to the satisfaction of the CEO of the local government for the public’s safety and convenience. The hoarding or fence must be sufficiently lighted every night.
