Draft Outline Development / Structure Plan - Daliak Precinct

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of York has received an Outline Development / Structure Plan for the Daliak Precinct.

The Outline Development/Structure Plan has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Shire of York Local Planning Scheme No. 2. and Amendment No. 29 and will guide future development within the Daliak Precinct.

The Land subject to the Plan comprises of Lot 11 Ulster Road, Lots 4, 5, 6, 8 & 205 Morris Edwards Drive, Lots 1, 2, 3 & Lots 1, 123 & 201 Trews Road and Lots 2, 6, 21, 22, 200 & 340 Great Southern Highway, York.

The Outline Development/Structure Plan and supporting documents are available to view at the Shire of York administration office 1 Joaquina Street, York during office hours and by suing the below links.

Submissions on the Plan must be made in writing and received by the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of York, PO Box 22, York WA 6302 on or before 4.00pm on Monday 11 March 2013.
