The MARKYT Community Scorecard is live, giving you the opportunity to provide valuable feedback on living, working, and visiting our community. This scorecard is a vital tool for measuring our current performance and services, helping us understand what works well and where we can improve. While the scorecard will soon be arriving in your post box, you also have the option to complete the same survey online for added convenience. Complete the Scorecard here – open until 7 December 2024.
In addition to the scorecard, we are launching engagement around York 2035 – our new Council Plan. It’s important to understand how these two initiatives differ but also complement one another:
- MARKYT Community Scorecard: Focuses on evaluating our present performance, services, and community satisfaction.
- York 2035 Council Plan: Sets the long-term vision, priorities, and strategic direction for York’s future development and aspirations. It aims to shape a collaborative vision for what York can become by 2035.
Together, these initiatives provide a comprehensive way for you to influence both the present and the future of our community.
