Council is in receipt of a development application for the placement of additional sea containers for commercial storage at Lot 75 (21) Maxwell Street, York.

The application is on public exhibition until 4.00pm Monday 16th December 2013 and can be viewed at the Shire office during normal office hours or from the link below:

During the above period any person may make a submission in writing to Council in relation to the development proposal.

Where a submission is made by way of objection, the grounds of the objection are required to be specified. It should be noted that any submission may be reproduced in full in Council reports or disclosed upon request under the Freedom of Information Act 1992.
