LICENCE AGREEMENTS - WILDFLOWER SOCIETY INC
It is HEREBY NOTIFIED for public information and comment that the Shire of York is intending to enter into Licence Agreements with the Wildflower Society Inc. for the following parcels of land:
For the purpose of a Seed Orchard
- Part of Reserve 13323 - Lot 700 Spencers Brook-York Rd, York
- Parts of Reserve 121 – Lots 607, 608 and 500 Spencers Brook-York Rd, York
For the purpose of an Arboretum
- Reserve 41591 - Lot 610 (27) Ford Street, York – Bushland Gardens
The Shire is inviting public comment to be made to the Shire of York in writing on or before 4.00pm, Friday 14 June 2024.
